How to Use the Map
Here’s how to use the Dana Estates Garage Sale map (Aug 8, 2026):
- Find sales in the listing table (pages 1–7). Each sale has a number (1–58), address, description of items, category icons (Tools, Furniture, Kids, Sports, Clothes, Crafts), and a “Map” column labeled North or South.
- Pick your map page. Sales marked “North” appear on the North Dana Estates map (page 10, covering Willow Pass Road to Beechwood Drive). Sales marked “South” appear on the South Dana Estates map (page 11, covering Juniper Drive to Dana Plaza).
- Match the number to the map. On the map, each red number corresponds to that same sale number from the listing table — it’s placed on (or right next to) the street where that address sits. The legend note “## Signifies garage sale locations” confirms red numbers = sale sites.
- Use the compass rose (bottom-left/top-left of each map) to orient yourself — both maps are labeled with North.
- Plan a route. Since numbers aren’t in strict geographic order, scan the map for numbers clustered near each other (e.g., #14–25 cluster around Elderwood/Landana/Larkspur on the North map) and group nearby sales into a loop rather than jumping around by number.
- Cross-check items before you go. Use the category checkmarks (Tools, Furniture, Kids, Sports, Clothes, Crafts) in the table to skip to sales with what you’re hunting for, then find that number on the appropriate map.
